To Our Valued Clients-
Thank you for your continued patience as we all learn how to navigate life, COVID-19 style.
As of Monday, June 22nd, the State is allowing massage practices to re-open, under strict guidelines.*
As always, the health, safety, and well-being of our clients & staff are our top priority. Please bear with us as we work to ensure we can operate safely, while still providing the quality of work you have come to expect from us. To reduce interactions and surface contact, we will be making some changes.
All clients will need to sign a COVID-19 waiver, available for download on our webpage: https://www.themassagegarden.net/copy-of-client-intake-form
Until further notice, we are unable to offer: House Calls ( unless you are disabled and cannot leave the house), Couples Massage, & About Face.
We will not be able to provide water; please bring your own.
We will be scheduling with a minimum of 30 minutes between appointments, to allow for thorough cleaning. We will text you when we are ready to meet you at the door for your temperature check. Please try to time your arrival accordingly, especially considering we are coming into hotter weather. We will re-book appointments by phone, email, or text. Please have payment ready in an envelope if paying by cash or check ( preferred).
Prescriptions for therapeutic massage to waive the sales tax must be renewed every 6 months. Since we haven’t seen any of you for over 3 months, they likely need to be renewed.
If you are in a high risk group, please carefully evaluate the risk/ benefit of receiving massage.
If you do not have your own mask, we will have them available for purchase.
Our availability will be limited. We will do our best to accommodate appointment requests.
